  • Foundation Session (90 minutes): £120 – Your first full session to explore your goals, learn how hypnosis works, and build a personal plan.
  • Single Session (60 minutes): £80 – Ideal for continued support, momentum, or standalone sessions.
  • Kickstart Bundle (Most Popular): £200 – Includes one Foundation Session + two follow-up sessions (worth £280). You save £80.
