Alcohol Addiction and Substance Abuse Treatment in Oxford, Oxfordshire UK.

Picture
Addiction and substance abuse is usually nothing more than a form of self medication.

Addiction is a crutch. To use an analogy, it would be very cruel to take the crutches away from a person with a broken leg. Once the leg has healed, the person no longer needs them. They are discarded as they slow the person down. It's no different for addiction treatment.

For this reason we have two stages to our hypnotherapy to treat substance abuse.

The first stage is to help our clients to understand what the addiction is and how it came about. In this stage we help our clients to heal the wounds that led to substance abuse.

The second stage helps people to throw the crutch away.

At the Oxford Hypnotherapy Clinic, we're not here to judge. We're here to help and we have helped many people struggling with alcohol (and other addictions) with compassion and understanding.

Our practice is confidential and discrete (everything said at our offices is private, secret and confidential) and we are fully independent.

If you're not sure if hypnotherapy can help you, take advantage of our no-obligation preliminary consultation. Meet our certified clinical hypnotherapist in person during this full-hour meeting, learn how it works and have all your questions answered before deciding if it's worth your while to commit to a treatment for only £10.
